🍋 Cucumber Mint Lemonade (Detox Summer Cooler)

  • 1 medium cucumber (peeled and chopped)

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 2 cups cold water or sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Pinch of salt or black salt (optional, enhances taste and electrolytes)


🥤 Instructions:

  1. Blend cucumber, lemon juice, mint leaves, and 1 cup of cold water until smooth.

  2. Strain the juice through a fine sieve if you prefer a clear drink.

  3. Mix in honey (or maple syrup), salt, and the remaining water.

  4. Pour into glasses with ice cubes.
