🥒 Ingredients (Serves 2):
1 medium cucumber (peeled and chopped)
Juice of 2 lemons
5–6 fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
2 cups cold water or sparkling water
Ice cubes
Pinch of salt or black salt (optional, enhances taste and electrolytes)
🥤 Instructions:
Blend cucumber, lemon juice, mint leaves, and 1 cup of cold water until smooth.
Strain the juice through a fine sieve if you prefer a clear drink.
Mix in honey (or maple syrup), salt, and the remaining water.
Pour into glasses with ice cubes.
Garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig.
